1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms

4 Account Management

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your cm77 account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your cm77 login credentials — including your password and any OTP codes — and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

cm77 implements security measures including SSL encryption, optional two-factor authentication (2FA), and login activity monitoring. However, these measures supplement but do not replace your own obligation to keep your credentials secure. cm77 will not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login information.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your cm77 account, you must notify the cm77 support team immediately via live chat from your account dashboard or by contacting support at the email address listed in Section 15. cm77 may freeze your account temporarily during any investigation into suspected unauthorised access.

Inactive Accounts: An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. cm77 will notify the account holder at their registered contact details before applying any dormancy administration charges. Such charges will not reduce the balance below zero.

5 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on cm77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). cm77 accepts deposits through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Meezan Bank, and major Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is specified on the cm77 deposit screen and varies by payment method. Players should check the current minimum at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Fees: cm77 does not charge deposit fees for any supported Pakistani payment method. However, your payment provider (e.g., your bank or JazzCash) may apply their own transaction fees — this is outside cm77's control.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your cm77 wallet within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan) may take up to one business day to credit.
• Fund Ownership: You confirm that all funds you deposit into your cm77 account are legitimately yours, are not proceeds of criminal activity, and are not subject to any third-party claim.
• Deposit Limits: cm77 may impose minimum and maximum deposit limits. Players who have activated responsible gaming deposit limits through their account dashboard will have those limits enforced automatically. Increases to self-imposed limits may be subject to a cooling-off period.

cm77 reserves the right to decline any deposit or to request documentation verifying the source of funds before crediting any deposit to a Player's account.

6 Withdrawals

You may request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. cm77 does not permit withdrawals of Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements.

• KYC Requirement: You must complete cm77's KYC verification process before any withdrawal can be processed. This includes submission of a valid government-issued ID (such as a CNIC or Passport) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. cm77 reserves the right to require withdrawals to a specific method for security and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
• Processing Times: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours on business days. Bank transfers (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are processed within 1–3 business days. These timelines are estimates and may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Fees: cm77 does not charge withdrawal fees. Third-party fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are not within cm77's control.
• Minimum Withdrawal: A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed at the point of request on the cm77 withdrawal screen.
• Withdrawal Refusal: cm77 may refuse or delay a withdrawal request where: (a) identity verification is incomplete; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) the account is under investigation; or (d) applicable bonus wagering requirements have not been satisfied.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

cm77 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all cm77 promotions unless specifically stated otherwise in the individual bonus terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which specifies how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the associated deposit) must be wagered before the bonus converts to withdrawable Real Money Balance. cm77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, and to amend these general bonus terms at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

8 Gaming Rules

Each game available on the cm77 platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and a specific game's rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

General gaming conditions applicable across the cm77 platform include the following:

• Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or any error that causes a game to malfunction, cm77 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly. All game outcomes that were definitively determined before any technical failure will stand. Where a game outcome is genuinely uncertain due to a technical failure, the round may be voided and stakes returned to the Player's balance.
• Erroneous Odds or Payouts: cm77 reserves the right to void any bet or game outcome that was made possible by an obvious error in the displayed odds, payout tables, or game functionality — including software bugs. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Player.
• Sportsbook Betting: All sports bets placed on cm77, including PSL cricket, international cricket, UFC, and other sporting events, are subject to the cm77 sportsbook rules available in the sports betting section. Bets once confirmed and accepted are binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• Maximum Winnings: cm77 may impose maximum single-session winnings caps for certain game types. Where such caps apply, they are displayed within the relevant game or section. Winnings exceeding these caps are not payable.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cm77 platform. Any Player found to have engaged in any of the following will have their account suspended, funds may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to law enforcement where appropriate:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the cm77 platform or place wagers.
• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, including misrepresenting your age.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund your cm77 account.

10 Responsible Gaming

Any unauthorised use of cm77 intellectual property may result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cm77 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the cm77 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures or interruptions outside cm77's reasonable control.
• Financial losses resulting from your gambling activity on the cm77 platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep login credentials secure.
• Inaccuracies in third-party game software or odds data.
• Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or force majeure events.

cm77's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and your use of the platform shall not exceed the net Real Money Balance held in your cm77 account at the time the relevant claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action and whether the claim is based in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits cm77's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms
